Carissa's Wool Images
The pictures shown here are made of all natural materials: dyed, combed sheep's wool and objects from nature such as leaves and twigs. These are implanted in a background of colored felt. Each picture is protected by glass and comes with a choice of an oak frame or colored wax frame.
The images stimulate a child's healthy imagination. They are meant to inspire reverence for the natural world. The forces of nature are shown as beings: fire, growth forces in summer, crystallization processes.
